About Performance Training

To be the best player In- Season, you need to train to be the best player in the Off- Season. Speed, Strength, Power, and Agility must be developed and nurtured. Breathe Baseball has put together an Off- Season strength and conditioning training program for all ages specifically designed for baseball players.

These workouts will start with an evaluation of each player to assess mobility and establish a baseline performance. Following the evaluation of each player our certified instructors will create a program consisting of drills and lifts designed to improve overall performance for each player.

This program will develop any baseball player into a beast on the field!  With our specialized programs and easy to follow routines any player can reach their next level. The group training is a special format that allows players to push and encourage each other.

Members will have access to the training area at designated times. Players will be able to train on their available schedule Monday thru Friday. All members will have additional benefits upon availability and scheduling.
